Nak add few updates la after quite a while x update..

Sekarang wedding preparation agak on the right direction..
The bumps on the road seems like avoidable or better yet, a great save from Allah and His grace.

Pasal aku malas nak g survey butik ke butik, katerer ke katerer, kami lebih banyak put effort visit Wedding Fair segala tuh.
Keep on the loop for that sort of events pasal it gives you a batter picture of how's the current price and trend for the wedding around.

It does have pros and cons though..

pros:
free demo of food.
price sometime can be competitive compare to the published price.
most of the participants are well established in their forte.
low deposit compare dengan thru direct kat kedai.Thus allowing you to change your mind without so much wasted.

cons:
lack of information given.
Can be a bit crowded.
So many companies to choose from thus it's hard to find the company to agree on.( can lead to a silly argument with ur spouse u know..hahah)
must put deposit to lock ur wedding date, ur offered price.
misleading pictures and no testimonial.

So far from that many, many visits of those fair, nampak ler buahnye. Our baju, katerer, photo,kad, doorgift bag and segala mcm bende yg aku x ingat dipilih kat this sort of events.

Penah le aku rajinkan diri g Plaza Alam Sentral tuk survey baju2 kawen tu kedai ke kedai tp lemah smgt aku. Ngan mahalnye. Ngan bosannya tgok baju2 labuci segala..Aish..

Our pelamin and baju insyaallah akan dibuat by this one company kat Shah alam Sek 23.
Aritu g survey kain dengan our designer kat Jalan TAR.. Kaler pink belacan kot..
Design baju sketched by our designer.  Hasil dari gabungan beberapa majalah pengantin cina..hahah
Design baju pompuan yg dipilih yg agak odd bagi aku tp not for the designer and my tunang.
Harap it will turn out ok coz frankly aku x dapat bayang baju tunang aku tu on paper.
Baju lelaki aku decide pakai design baju melayu modern ngan tanjak and sampin.
X kisahlah berpanas asalakan aku xmau pakai kot or baju melayu Sultan Melaka tu.
Pelamin theme tu x pilih lagi..Tapi kaler hantaran and kaler majlis tu sudah decide.

Cincin pon alhamdulillah sudah dibeli. Beli diamond pastu beli setting lain.
Cambest lak custom made macam tu. Tapi agak mahal kalo dibanding beli cincin siap ler.
Xpelah. Asalkan puas hati. Sape yang puas hati?

Pasal aku dah malas survey2 cincin asek x jumpa2 yg tunang berkenan kat hati.
Dekat 20 kedai kitaorg pergi, x jumpa.
Xde size la, xleh resize lah, cheap looking lah, design makcik la..
Basically mcm2 kerenah..
Plus, diamond tu came with a birth certificate..hahah..Our first baby perhaps :P
So my advise to guys. Please choose the diamond yourself or at least put your foot down on something or some budget.
Coz kalo kita ikut nafsu pompuan tu nak pilih the right cincin, hmmm..

Anyway, I'll give further update and pictures of this prep sometime in later updates.

Tengok friendlist pon kawan 2,3 org which one of them was my ex..

What actually drove me to twitter? One of it was because i think fb dah makin bosan..
Especially among friendlist aku.
Being an unpopular guy around everywhere, i have so much in my head yet so little courage to express it out.
Hence, sometimes i need to let it out some random comments.
Tapi u cant do that with your family and workmates among your added friends.
What wud they think?

It's so awkward now. There's a lot of TMI moment that u wish you didn't see.

Sakura Malaysia....Santeknye CiptaanNya, Bijaknya IlmuNya

 Salam Ramadhan dan Nuzul Quran... Post kali ini aku nak kita menghayati keindahan ciptaan Allah Yang Maha Bijaksana. Gambar diambil pada pertengahan Julai lepas di kawasan office @ Taipan USJ. Pokok ni di serata negara berbunga pada masa yang sama walaupon masing2 berlainan warna, ketinggian, baja dan tanah. Menakjubkan bukan. Ianya bukanlah secantik sakura jepun tetapi ianya tetap ciptaan Allah S.W.T yang menakjubkan.

                                      

Selamat Menyambut Ramadan 2012

Kepada muslim dan muslimah, selamat berpuasa pada tahun ni. Kalo boleh tanamlah azam-azam yang serba baik tuk menjadi hamba terbaik di mata Allah.


Kalau boleh kurang-kurangkanlah fikir pasal makanan. Yelah. Kebanyakkan kita sekarang ni bila cakap puasa bende paling sronok adalah buffet/bazar ramadhan. Yang mana best. Yang mana murah. Yang mana meriah. Adoyai..

Kalo tanya aku, aku dah pencen nak terjah2 bazar ramadhan. Bekpi la orang dok cakap x rasa mcm ramdhan la, x dapat feel suasana ramadhan la. Ade aku kisah? Bagi aku bazar ramadhan sekarang dah macam lubuk penipu. Banyak sangat peniaga-peniaga yang main purpose nak berniaga adelah sebab nak duit cepat. Quality, niat untuk Allah sume dah x nampak. Jual lauk basi. Cekik harga mahal. Pastu kedekut bagi portion kecik/sikit.. Ini adelah komplen2 yang biasa aku dengar and personally experienced. Sakit hati worh.

Aku masih ingat lagi kecik-kecik dulu kalo mak/abah aku bawak balik lauk pauk from bazar instead of masak, aku kategorikan menu berbuka tu sebagai x best sampai kadang lebih rela minum and makan kuih jek. Sekarang ni lain plak. Orang lebih suka beli (kunun g sedap kot) daripada masak sendiri. Tak kisahlah kalo ia boleh dikategori sebagai amat membazir.

 
Air tebu pon tahun ni aku tengok dah naik RM4.50 sebungkus. I remember 2 years ago masih dijual dengan harga 2.50-3.00 sebungkus. Hello? Masih nak salahkan najib,umno,minyak segala? Aku salahkan peniaga2 yang tamak dan berkepalakan nafsu.

Tapi alhamdulillah aku duduk kat area sg. buluh ni. Masih lagi peniaga2 yang jual kuih 3 sringgit, ayam rm2.50 seketul.  Maybe lah faktor lokasi membezakan harga sebegini. Tapi kalo nak diikut, harga barang mentah segala masih dibayar dengan harga yg sama. Faktor harga tapak ke? Sewa tapak berapa senah oi? Jual air tebu depan umah ko sendiri jual rm4.50? Apa beza ko dengan pakcik kat sg buloh yang masih menjual air tebu rm3.00 sebungkus kat tapak pasar malam? Sedih. Ini hanyalah satu contoh yang aku berikan and i am sure rest of you have your own story dengan perangai2 peniaga bazar ramadan ni.

Ade tu ntah jenis kuah pejadah haram rasa pon dijual sebagai lauk. Aku cabar peniaga ni makan lauk mereka sendiri rasa mcm tu. Kalo aku, makanan yang aku masak x berapa cukup sedap pon aku dah segan nak hidang inikan lagi nak menjualnya. Hmm.Fikir-fikirkan lah wahai peniaga sekalian. Takkan nak bagi alasan ko puasa so ko x dapat rasa masakan ko?

Hahah..Saje aku meroyan sini. Ramadhan ni aku tanam banyak azam. Nak perbaik bacaan and amalan2 solat ibadat aku. Nak kurang makan besar. Nak elakkan pergi bazar ramadhan. And paling susah, nak rajinkan diri g terawih setiap malam. So far ni hari keempat puasa, aku dah terlepas 3 hari sahur and 4 malam terawih. apa mau jadi nih? Huhuh. Ya Allah, berilah aku kekuatan untuk mempergunakan penuh masa bulan Ramadhan ni.

Majlis Tunang.. Berapa sebenar bajet bagi pihak lelaki?

Alhamdulillah..Ade good news.

Aku sudah diikat tali pertunangan.
Walaupon ianya hanyalah sebagai tanda anda sudah berpunya and heading towards marriage.
Tapi okaylah kiranya pencapaian tu.
Maka hajat aku nak kawen umoq 28 makin bulih direalisasikan.
Moga Allah permudahkan.

Sorilah gambar x banyak coz slalunye aku yg tukang amek gambo..
Tapi kira okay ler kan dari takde.

Kepada lelaki2 lain tu yg dok heret awek ku hulu ke hilir, biler lagik?
Masuk2 ler tunang..
Bagi aku majlisnya agak large scale psl dok wat skali ngan majlis abg tunang aku kawen.'

Mak aku cakap kemain..Dengan pelamin bagai.
Terus dia pujuk aku buat jugak majlis sambut nantu tahun depan instead of just wat majlis sanding sebelah pompuan jek.
Naks sedapkan hati mak, aku just kata tengok lah camne.

Nilah roughly penyata bajet majlis tunang kami(belah poket aku ajelah. X berani wat quitation belah pompuan)
Penyata bajet ini just nak jadi guidance tuk lelaki2 di luar sana yg tgh considering tapi nunggu cash jatuh ke riba..hahah
Ini termasuklah dengan segala hidden2 charges yg may differ in terms.

Cincin - Below RM400 jek coz nak bajet. Cincin tadak batu. Nak mewah2, cincin kawen la. Itupn kena beragak gak psl zaman kemelsetan ekonomi.

Hantaran - Kami balas 7 dulang.
           beg tangan( rm2++).
           kek(cheesetart,rm50).
           homemade cekelat(rm30)
           bakul buahan(rm50)
           tepak sirih(rm50 kot,mak sponsor)
           kain baju nikah pompuan(rm100)

hiasan dulang - Rm 200-300
kain untuk si kakak yang dilangkah bendulnya- RM1++( x ingat laks)

kemeja lawa sikit nak mai majlis - rm60.Tapi cam nyesal beli psl sempit laks..huhu

So basically kalo pihak lelaki xde RM1k sekarang ni, cam payah ler nak bermajlis tunang tu.
Cukup lah buat majlis risik+tunang yg lebih rendah and intim majlisnye.
Sekarang ni takde dah org bertunang lelaki just kena pikir kos beli cincin jek..
Tidak,tidak,tidak..Teman tertipu,anda janganlah tertipu sama..hahah
Lagi2 kalo rumah bakal mertua tu jauh.
Minyak,tol segala. Seb baik belah pompuan kat selayang jek. Dekat so xde hidden charges kat situ.

Fitness First VS True Fitness

Nak cite la sikit..You know from my past postings how i'm getting unhealhtier and fatter.
Well, recently i did something about it.The only thing i thought suited for me at the time.
I joined a gym..Huhu
That's the only thing i thought the least effort and most helpful thing i could do for my health.
Nak jog outside like normal people, susah nak find the time and place.
So i signed up for gym membership. Senang coz sebelah ofis although they cost a fortune.
Tapi untuk buff up before the W word then kenalahkan.
Plus the fact that i need to take care of my joints.
Kalo lari kat outside, mcm terlampau streneous for my joints lak.
So aku belilah groupon True Fitness rm45 for one month membership
Masuk2 sana nak redeem, kena meet consultant dulu pulak.
Okay jugak..I want to hear how much True Futness(TF) ni cas coz i had experience kat Fitness First(FF) a year ago.

Harga published for TF quite mahal compared to TF.
I mean mahal in a sense of berbaloi lah.
Joining fee and segala fee lain combined around 3,4 ratus.
Monthly around 175(passport)/159(home) kalo x silap(ini harga nego bukan published).
X berbaloi kan.
Tapi kelebihan TF ni equipment dia lagi variety and besar and banyak.
Kekurangan dia, lack of branches and so, so much more.
Tapi keuntungan TF ni dapat tarik aku hanya pasal satu faktor.
Ianya berdekatan dengan ofis aku. Just walking distance.
Kalo dak, memang xmau aku dengan TF ni..Cekik darah for a small chain and management TERUK SANGAT2.

Ini perbandingan yang aku buat kalo True Fitness( TF) VS Fitness First(FF) from my own personal experience.


monthly fee:      
(TF) Passport/premium: RM180( very hard to get discount)      
(FF)passport/premium RM 20x.xx ( inc. tax,discount for Scope staff)   
         
contract:     
(TF) - 12/24 months. They pushed u for 24 months with better rate. Just say no.            
(FF) - 12 months.
                             
equipment:   
(TF) - a lot more modern and choices                                           
(FF) - equipment: ok/limited

branches:     
(TF) - 5 nationwide                                                                  
(FF) - 14 nationwide

swimming pool:
(TF) - bigger.outdoor in Jaya 33                                               
(FF) - indoor pool.Smaller in Empire.
 
yoga:        
(TF) - Bikram pay diff.Normal yoga apparently comes free.(meaning exc. in the package?i oso confuse)

(FF) - included in the package. even hot yoga.( i dont do yoga so i dont know the diff between bikram and hot yoga)

towel service:
(TF) - Dont have. Give lame excuse for healthy reason.                         
(FF) - Provided. They wash everytime.

free gift after join:   
(TF) - Don't have at all. Not given out even though i signed up for premium package.
(FF) - Given out. Backpack, headset, face towel, water bottle,starter kit books.

Card                 :
(TF) - weeks after joined baru dapat. So damn lousy.                    
(FF) - Immediately given out with even your picture on it. 


Juice bar            :
(TF) - NO! They do have water cooler which not even cool and taste like normal air paip without being purified/filtered. 
(FF) - YES! with coffee/green tea/tea and carbonated drinks like ice tea/100 plus/coke.
    
Shower:               
(TF) - Shower curtain only. Aiyo. Lack privacy.  Very kedekut!  
(FF) - Modern and normal shower door.
        
Locker:               
(TF) - Sempit locker room. Locker also kinda small. X brp muat for my laptop and gym back at the same time.Must bring your own padlock. So miskin!
(FF) - Bigger locker room in all branches. Locker use member card for locking system.The locker tu pon besar and boleh fit your laptop bag and gym bag at the same time.


Ambiance:             
(TF) - disco-like lights.                                                
(FF) - White lighting.

People:               
(TF) - Not so many malay and indian. Majority are chinese.              
 (FF) - Very 1 Malaysia and many foreigner also. Haha

Trainer:             
 (TF) - Damn expensive and money oriented. MLM-like approach.            
 (FF) - If you dont want, they dont pushed you for a trainer. So can enjoy your 'free' PT session freely.

Parking:              
(TF) - NO parking or special rate whatsoever.                            
(FF) - In some branches, special rate is provided.

Classes:              
(TF) - Ok with more variations.                                                              
(FF) - OK.

Boxing/muay thai:     
(TF) - yes in some branches.                                           
(FF) - No. (from my last experience a year ago)

Counter service:      
(TF) - Friendly and helpful.                                            
(FF) - Always busy. X busy pon, busy menyombong.

Wifi/ PC        :     
(TF) - Not sure have or not but takde public pc.                         
(FF) - hAVE WIFI and public pc in premium branches.

Newspaper/ Magazines: 
(TF) - No and No.                                                       
(FF) - Have. All major daily newspaper and magazines to read.

Account freeze for
Muslim member during Ramadan.:
(TF) - NO!! Pisses me off!                                 
(FF) - Yes.

DVD movie free rental:
(TF) - No.
(FF) - Provided.

So for me, Fitness First is hands down WAY, WAY better than the sad and lousy True Fitness. And to think, there's only 20,30 ringgit different but you pay for a lot more.
But for me, True Fitness is an obvious choice in the meantime psl only next door to my office. If amek FF, the closest branches are Summit and Empire which both involve parking charges.
So kinda rugi lah. So anyone thinking to join a gym, just don't think about True Fitness. Service very lousy and doesn't match with their 'normal' expensive rate.
I am sorry True Fitness. I have no bad thing to say about you personally but please improve. Don't be so kedekut and cut cost here and there to feed your big bosses. Otherwise, all you
customer will lari to FF or any other gym for that matter.
