Aku marah bebenar ngan Maxis ni. So far since aku signed up under their postpaid plan, line aku dah lebih 10 kali kena barred. The reason being is their faulty and crappy system.
One time, line aku kena barred pasal my 3G data exceed usage of 250mb. Hello, i'm under your contract for 3gb data how come u want to charge extra? Bill aku shot up to RM500 overnight. Turned out, system diaorg ade bug
Malam ni aku marah gik. Line aku without any reason kena barred lagi. Tak ke nyusah kena sentiasa call service center yang kekdang nak dpt through pon payah. Dahle x dapat call service center time no kita kena barred. Guna public phones pon x boleh. Orang sekarang pon line phone telekom pon x guna dah. So what option left to do? Borrow someone's else phone for 10-20 minutes just to resolve this stupid issue that brought up by their own faulty system. Amatlah pelik, A week ago they told they had increased my credit limit to RM250 and yet usage aku bru sampai RM144 ko dah nak barred lagi? Tak ke celake tu? Pastu bila kita call, kata pasal kita tak bayar bill or system tak capture lagi our payment. Aiyo meenachi! Aku dah bayar seminggu lebih takkan ko nak wat cerita dongeng kata payment aku tak dicapture by the system lagi? And ko expect aku nak bayar bill aku setiap dua minggu ke tuk solve this problem?Pale hotak!
Just admit la Maxis. Own up to the real problem. Your payment system banyak bug!! And please jangan freeze call to service center kalo ko barred no kami. Camne kami nak solve problem immediately kalo access to service center pon disekat? Stupid Maxis. Owner Maxis antara top 3 terkaya di Malaysia tapi kaya dengan duit nipu camni..
