Assalamualaikum..
Alhamdulillah arini my gout pain makin reda.
Ujung minggu lepas pon aku ngaku ade terkandas sikit psl makan.
Ari sabtu g kenduri member aku, makan lak rendang daging kaw!
Sedap weyh..Rendang tu rsa lebih kurang cam arwah nenek aku punya.
Memang terangkat lidah selera minang aku.
Tapi aku x makan pieces of daging dia sangat. Rather, i eat kuah2 dia.
So itu pon kira a step ahead for me in order tuk control my purine intake.
Ahad lak ade lagi satu kenduri. Anak sedara kawen.
Walaupon makanan x berapa sedap, aku amek jugak daging.
Tapi dah terambek pandai lak aku buang balik.
Makan daging tu sikit jek. Banyak makan kuah dia jek
Okay la tu kan. To think kalo few weeks ago mmg aku perabeh je daging tu.
Tapi malam semalam la slack sikit.
Lepak2 kat my bro house @ Shah Alam for some family meeting.
Tengok beli lauk sumenye high purine food..ADOYAI!!!
Sotong goreng tepung, sardin, daging masak merah, seafood tomyam, paprik with beans..
Hmmm..Camno?
Basically there's nothing there was safe for me to eat.
Susah kan!
I admit adjusting to this low purine diet for gout is really hard.
Especially when it comes to visiting people houses and kenduri segala.
Ntah2, nanti g kenduri orang minum air jek..huhu
Tapi xmau sakit punya pasal, kena lah.
I guess it's good jugak lah.
Disamping dapat avoid kena gout attack, also helps with any food related disease like heart/stroke.
And berat badan boleh dikurangkan..Two birds with one stone lah.Heheh
And sekarang kena kenyang minum air jek.
Sedih kan.. Nikmat DUNIA iaitu keseronokan makan aku dah ditarik.
All people close to me know how i love food. Be it cooking them or eating them.
Tapi aku redha.To think puncanya aku jugak.
I brought this to myself.
Dulu makan x beringat.
Bapak aku banyak kali tegur and nasihat about my food intake and bende2 purine ni.
Did i listen? NO!
Aku fikir aku muda and healthy enough untuk dapat penyakit org2 tua mcm gout tu.
Tapi Allah Maha Berkuasa kan.
But Allah Also Maha Pengasihani Dan Maha Adil.
Semua penyakit pasti ade ubatnya.
So aku amek natural herbs, treatment and remedies yang helpful.
So now i maybe have to come up with dinner/lunch menu for my future wife.Hahah.
Also, tanam kat kepala yang seafood segala tu bad for me.
Memang it's start with your mind lorh with the help of people around you.
Tapi ape sangat lah nikmat makan kat dunia ni kan..
Insyaallah, aku boleh buat.
I already gave up my faveret thing in the world..Rokok!
And i am confident adapting to low purine diet can be a smooth sailing for me as well.
No more buffet dinner, makan besar and berbuka puasa cam ular sawa for me.

yang menjadi prob buat aku... bila nak exercise... pemalas nak mampos bila nak p exercise... haish... sabaq ja la...

nak exercise masuk gym la.smgt tgk org lain exercise kita pon gigih.hahah
kalo aku x exercise badan maintain.
tapi makan bertambah2, tu badan naik..
so skrg aku start control makan.
esok nak sign up gym lak..
harap dapat badan mantap sebelom my e-day..keke
