Eat Before Sleep. Addictive?

I am worried about my weight lately because of these recent occurrences.

- Had a weigh in at my girlfriends house, turns out i'm reaching my all time fat at 80kg. WTF?

-Visited my brother's house in shah alam. My sister who hasn't seen me for two weeks said i now looked like a married man and almost didn't recognize me with my Vios and fat belly. Maybe a cliche for fat married man is to drive a family car like Vios. Hahah.

-Met a friend that was last seen 4 years ago. Said a simple 'Ko dah gemuk sekarang!'

I quickly knew what the problem was. One is since i quit the gym, i have no interest to work out anymore. Even though i bought a new running shoe. Hmm. Also, midnite eating binge. Yes. I do it regularly. In fact, it has become one of my guilty pleasures. One of the worst habit of mine.In another word, it's an addiction.

Let's see the numbers shall we. I have gained 10kgs since Phuket which was 3 months ago. Also, my sugar intake increases lately. This contributes by my current craving for sweet stuff lately. Before, i've maintained my weight pretty good. I only drink plain water. Now,soft drinks ,tea, coffee with extra sugar has become my esophagus lubricant. That is one thing i have to eliminate first. From my previous experience of losing weight, you'll be surprised how eliminating sugar from your diet can drastically reduce your weight. NO more canned drink, sweet soft drinks,candies, cakes and cookies. I have to learn how to take my coffee and tea without any sugar. I've tried it, it wasn't so bad. So need to make it a new habit.

For something obvious, need to work out! I have quit my gym membership so finding a place to burn some calories is quite a challenge. Being a shy guy that i am, joggin at the park kinda embarrassing for me. Especially if i do it alone. But, no choice! I HAVE TO DO IT!

Last but not least, my guilty pleasure. Midnite eating. NO MORE! I realize a lot of malay love to eat late. You see it at mamak stall, roadside stalls. All malay faces eating at above 11 o'clock. Since my gf doesn't really go out after 10pm, i rarely lepak makan at late. But somehow, this bad habit still haunting me. huhu. I think i have to avoid food at all cost if it's after 9.00pm. Another thing, i notice if i eat in front of the television, i would eat more sampai tambah berpinggan2. Now, i think i should start eating at the dinner table, having conversation with family like how a proper dinner should be .

Hopefully with all these steps i should be able to lose weight at least 10kg for the first 3,4 months. I've done it before and i will do it again. We'll see. Just for your entertainment and for future reference, this is what i look like now. FAT aren't I? Hihi

Keje Baru! Task Baru!

Hello...

Another update, some of you may know i already pindah keje from Scope International to a small company in Taipan USJ.

Work so far has been good. However, projek baru ade dua masuk.

Project #1 : Web application yang guna SOA. Mak aih..agak mencabar gak lah aku nak belaja sambil buat sume bende.

Project #2: Baru dibincang ngan my boss this morning. I am still sketchy about the project. Basically related to sensors and tracking in factory or some shit. Huh!

Basically dedua project baru ni guna technology baru ( at least to me) yang aku kena belaja and at the same time kena buat jugak..

Work challenges never been this hard for me. I hope Allah give me strength, willpower and intelligence to overcome this.

Inilah cabaran keje kat kompeni yang rely on project basis. Sometimes diaorg carik projects tapi tak pikir scope and boundaries of their resources. hmm. But InshaAllah, i will do my best and strive my best for the company. It's a great exposure.

Tiba-tiba my line kena barred once again. This felt like the 10 millionth time diaorg bar my line. Ask them, they said my bill already shot up to 494. WTF?
What happen? Turns out i exceed 3gb usage of my data plan. So i have to pay max at RM250 plus the current Rm88. Giler. Nightmare aku berulang so aku dah betul2
tawar hati pakai Maxis. Aku nak end this damn Maxis right then and there walaupon aku x berduit time tu. Bayangkan kalo nak get out i have to pay this amount:

outstanding: rm 100

normal billing cycle: rm 144

penalty exceed data usage: rm 250!!!

total: rm 494

tuk end my contract i also have to pay additional RM1000. Aku sanggup bayar this amount daripada sakit hati tiap bulan dengan maxis. It's the amount i have to
pay for my mistakes. huhu. Tapi aku yang x berduit time tu terpaksa charge kat my cc. But my gf bising2. I gave it a 2nd thought. So aku basically just bayar my outstanding
to reactivate my line and cancel tuk port-out. Another big mistake!I also tried to reduce my bill. aku cancel sume optional services and letter billing which charged
at rm5 walaupon truth be told, always sampai lambat or x sampai langsung.Also, aku bought new celcom sim prepaid tuk guna and leave my Maxis line remain unused.

My bill already at rm500 outstanding walaupon didnt use once since i last made payment. And also sampai surat dari penghutip utang konon nak ugut panggil lawyer untuk pakse
aku bayar. That was my last straw. Aku port-out my maxis line tuk my own sanity. Walupon still x berduit nak bayar 1.5k tuk close my maxis account, aku cas kat cc. Awek
aku bising but i dont care anymore. I should've done that few months back lagi but a good guy that i was, i gave Maxis the benefit of a doubt. Worst mistake ever! Aku rasa puas
hati dah port out and stop my account under maxis.I paid rm 1600 and the meenachi said i can port-out to another telco immediately.She said since that moment i will be charged on pro-rate basis from my commitment fee. Happy giler! Little that i knew, my nightmare wasn't over.

Aku g U-Mobile tuk activate the number from maxis under them. They seems to be the finest choice because for rm10, can stay active for 30 days. As you can imagine, i only want to keep
this number and not use it. Hence, i chose U-Mobile. They said in 3 days my line will be converted to U-Mobile. Tapi sampai 3 minggu my line still x convert.Aku kena g U-Mobile sendiri tuk ask
for my status pasal their call centre is useless. Turns out my application still pending. Ade masalah kat Maxis site kot. Bayangkan after around 28 days after my application baru success. Memang
fail. Here are my assumptions:

1- UMobile so suck they need 28 Days until user come down to scold at their office baru nak buat keje
2- Maxis x lepaskan me go to UMobile( hence application by UMobile keep pending) so diaorg can take untung from my pro-rate billing.

Bile i went to Maxis, it was too late. They finally let me go 2 days after my billing date. So they can rob my money for another month. When asked why when they didn't stop my data plan and
still robbing my rm 88 , they said i didn't specifically ask to stop my data plan. Hello? I am bounded by contract ON MY DATA PLAN . If i stop my contract of data plan, it should stop as well. Then why i paid rm1000 for? And this thuggish Malay lady name Suraya @ maxis pyramid made masam muka, rolled eyes and dare to tengking to me like i didn't understand. Fuck it! I marah balik, she kecut. Never once i marah
counter lady like her as i know they're just doing their job. But when she raised her voice, i knew it was personal so memang i tengking balik. Fine if you want to steal my money. Hope you can answer that in front of Allah.



Either way aku rugi. Yang aku geram, UMobile was so unprofessional handling my port-in while Maxis use any 'haram' loopholes to cheat their user.
Aku classify myself as a orang terainaya. So aku doakan Maxis rugi in 2 years and being taken over by Celcom and DIgi.

Eat shit Ananda Krishnan. I guess you are the 2nd richest person in Malaysia for a reason.


Also, aku baru sedar yang aku nyesal beli my galaxy S. Beli galaxy S wat aku rugi almost 3.8k( bill,harga phone) in barely over a year. And i don't even like the phone. Mula2 indah belaka
tapi lelama barulah klua segala penyakit dalam enset ni. Conclusionnya, it was a HUGE mistake i bought the phone in the first place. It's a sucky phone.

So sesape yang nak beli enset with contract under MAxis pikir dua kali.OR MY ADVICE DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! All of my friends kena at least once ngan shocking bill. And if you insist not paying, they will act thuggish suruh you bayar. And if you demand an answer, they will piss you off with a rude attitude konon we are so stupid.

So here i am make a promise with myself not to buy anything from Samsung. I also haramkan myself to subscribe any services with Maxis.

Trust me. I heard bad stories about Maxis before and i didn't trust any of them. I was not a naysayer but after this experience, i will stop anyone who even considering joining under Maxis. It's not about my grudge with Maxis. It's about not letting them get any richer from your hard earned money with their act of cheating. Go for Celcom, go for Digi but not Maxis. Make sure your data plan don't have any exceed limit charges because that is how telcos get rich
nowadays.

Go for prepaid as they won't haunt your dream and lurking into your pocket without your knowing.

Maxis Sucks! Maxis Tipu! Don't trust Maxis!

It's been a while since i last blogged. So many things has happened and yet i couldn't find the time to blog.
However my current mood now is mad.

Angry Man : Maxis cheat user. Postpaid plan from hell!
Freely doing daylight robbery! Do not go for Maxis! 3G Broadband so damn slow!
If you sayang your money, forget about any newly launched IPhone or any phone sold by Maxis.
Go for prepaid or another telco. Trust me. I already kena!

Yes. Anger! Anger with myself, with Samsung and with Maxis mostly..Ini gua mau story sikit la cite detailnya.

I starting to feel kinda weird seeing most of my friends using smartphone while i'm just using a Cokia. Kinda cool
kalo dapat main game and stuff. Jealous also saw my friends updating the facebook status using IPhone, mobile,etc
while i was still stuck browsing FB using window Xp.hahha. So aku tanam niat nak pakai smartphone. Mula survey2 tenet
brand apa yang best.

While i was walking kat One Utama with my friends, jumpa lah roadshow maxis for their postpaid. Ade offer Blackberry and Samsung Galaxy S. Dalam otak
aku sebelom tu just nak carik IPhone 3gs and use my current prepaid sim. But the Galaxy S offer was too good to pass. But i didn't buy it right away.
Tido semalam and survey what's people saying about Galaxy S performance-wise. It was well rated the same as IPhone 4. So aku decide nak sambar gak.
Esok gak aku g roadshow tu balik and beli with my gf. Aku tanpa ragu2 tukar my prepaid to postpaid. Little that i knew that is when my nightmare started.

nett price: rm1k
Telco: Maxis Postpaid
Monthly Bill: RM50 commitment, RM88 3gb data plan ,+- RM15 add-onn service with 6% GST.
Contract: 24 MONTHS!!

Aku bayar my bill regularly vefore due date. Kira kalo tengok history memang my payment cantek lah. Tibe-tibe, my account got suspended. I couldn't even
call to Maxis hotline to ask what's the problem. So nak xnak kena pinjam phone org lain tuk call Maxis. Turns out my bill dah exceed credit limit which
is Rm150. I asked why, she said my credit currently at 4++. WTF? Turns out days later my bill sampai, bill at normal amaunt balik. So basically it was
system problem lah tu. I accept even susah kena call to reactivate my line.And mind you, my line dekat 10 kali kena barred pasal exceed limit. Bukan ape.
System diaorg carry forward next bill amount ke dalam current bill even before bill sampai rumah. So orang x menyempat bayar bill lagi, line kena barred
and nyusah kita kena call centre tuk reactivate.
Dah la xleh call time no kita kena suspend. Kena pinjam tepon maxis org lain or tepon landline. Lucky for me ofis dulu ade tepon tuk call out. Last-last
aku request my credit limit to be increased to avoid this recurring problem. Tapi udang di sebalik mee. Rupanya this request allowing them to overcharge me
even more.
