Maxis Sucks! Maxis Tipu! Don't trust Maxis! ver 2

Tiba-tiba my line kena barred once again. This felt like the 10 millionth time diaorg bar my line. Ask them, they said my bill already shot up to 494. WTF?
What happen? Turns out i exceed 3gb usage of my data plan. So i have to pay max at RM250 plus the current Rm88. Giler. Nightmare aku berulang so aku dah betul2
tawar hati pakai Maxis. Aku nak end this damn Maxis right then and there walaupon aku x berduit time tu. Bayangkan kalo nak get out i have to pay this amount:

outstanding: rm 100

normal billing cycle: rm 144

penalty exceed data usage: rm 250!!!

total: rm 494

tuk end my contract i also have to pay additional RM1000. Aku sanggup bayar this amount daripada sakit hati tiap bulan dengan maxis. It's the amount i have to
pay for my mistakes. huhu. Tapi aku yang x berduit time tu terpaksa charge kat my cc. But my gf bising2. I gave it a 2nd thought. So aku basically just bayar my outstanding
to reactivate my line and cancel tuk port-out. Another big mistake!I also tried to reduce my bill. aku cancel sume optional services and letter billing which charged
at rm5 walaupon truth be told, always sampai lambat or x sampai langsung.Also, aku bought new celcom sim prepaid tuk guna and leave my Maxis line remain unused.

My bill already at rm500 outstanding walaupon didnt use once since i last made payment. And also sampai surat dari penghutip utang konon nak ugut panggil lawyer untuk pakse
aku bayar. That was my last straw. Aku port-out my maxis line tuk my own sanity. Walupon still x berduit nak bayar 1.5k tuk close my maxis account, aku cas kat cc. Awek
aku bising but i dont care anymore. I should've done that few months back lagi but a good guy that i was, i gave Maxis the benefit of a doubt. Worst mistake ever! Aku rasa puas
hati dah port out and stop my account under maxis.I paid rm 1600 and the meenachi said i can port-out to another telco immediately.She said since that moment i will be charged on pro-rate basis from my commitment fee. Happy giler! Little that i knew, my nightmare wasn't over.

Aku g U-Mobile tuk activate the number from maxis under them. They seems to be the finest choice because for rm10, can stay active for 30 days. As you can imagine, i only want to keep
this number and not use it. Hence, i chose U-Mobile. They said in 3 days my line will be converted to U-Mobile. Tapi sampai 3 minggu my line still x convert.Aku kena g U-Mobile sendiri tuk ask
for my status pasal their call centre is useless. Turns out my application still pending. Ade masalah kat Maxis site kot. Bayangkan after around 28 days after my application baru success. Memang
fail. Here are my assumptions:

1- UMobile so suck they need 28 Days until user come down to scold at their office baru nak buat keje
2- Maxis x lepaskan me go to UMobile( hence application by UMobile keep pending) so diaorg can take untung from my pro-rate billing.

Bile i went to Maxis, it was too late. They finally let me go 2 days after my billing date. So they can rob my money for another month. When asked why when they didn't stop my data plan and
still robbing my rm 88 , they said i didn't specifically ask to stop my data plan. Hello? I am bounded by contract ON MY DATA PLAN . If i stop my contract of data plan, it should stop as well. Then why i paid rm1000 for? And this thuggish Malay lady name Suraya @ maxis pyramid made masam muka, rolled eyes and dare to tengking to me like i didn't understand. Fuck it! I marah balik, she kecut. Never once i marah
counter lady like her as i know they're just doing their job. But when she raised her voice, i knew it was personal so memang i tengking balik. Fine if you want to steal my money. Hope you can answer that in front of Allah.



Either way aku rugi. Yang aku geram, UMobile was so unprofessional handling my port-in while Maxis use any 'haram' loopholes to cheat their user.
Aku classify myself as a orang terainaya. So aku doakan Maxis rugi in 2 years and being taken over by Celcom and DIgi.

Eat shit Ananda Krishnan. I guess you are the 2nd richest person in Malaysia for a reason.


Also, aku baru sedar yang aku nyesal beli my galaxy S. Beli galaxy S wat aku rugi almost 3.8k( bill,harga phone) in barely over a year. And i don't even like the phone. Mula2 indah belaka
tapi lelama barulah klua segala penyakit dalam enset ni. Conclusionnya, it was a HUGE mistake i bought the phone in the first place. It's a sucky phone.

So sesape yang nak beli enset with contract under MAxis pikir dua kali.OR MY ADVICE DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! All of my friends kena at least once ngan shocking bill. And if you insist not paying, they will act thuggish suruh you bayar. And if you demand an answer, they will piss you off with a rude attitude konon we are so stupid.

So here i am make a promise with myself not to buy anything from Samsung. I also haramkan myself to subscribe any services with Maxis.

Trust me. I heard bad stories about Maxis before and i didn't trust any of them. I was not a naysayer but after this experience, i will stop anyone who even considering joining under Maxis. It's not about my grudge with Maxis. It's about not letting them get any richer from your hard earned money with their act of cheating. Go for Celcom, go for Digi but not Maxis. Make sure your data plan don't have any exceed limit charges because that is how telcos get rich
nowadays.

Go for prepaid as they won't haunt your dream and lurking into your pocket without your knowing.

    SAMSUNG mmg patut kena banned la kot... sbbnya ko ckp camera ko pon x brapa nak best jgk kan... lepas ni aku x kan survey ape2 brg kluaran samsung lg :D

  3. @LoVe4m3: yerp. postpaid maxis is the worst. kalo boleh tolerate pon diaorg punya prepaid. Tapi nak guna guna prepaid maxis, prepaid celcom n digi lagi best psl murah rate. so basically xde service keluaran dari maxis yang best..hahah. tp kalo diaorg bagi free kad aku pon aku xnak guna maxis. diaorg ni get rich using the paria way..

  5. ngahahaha... pns btol hatimu itu bro... currently aku da pakai 3 different telco nye prepaid... so far, digi la yg plg murah... kebrangkalian utk aku tukar prepaid aku ke postpaid sgt la xde, sbb kalau prepaid aku bole manage base on keperluan... tp kalau postpaid... silap2 lg truk dr ko nnt

    dahler monthly ade minimum rm50 komitmen, kontrak pon berkomitmen 1-2 tahun
    seriously xde paedah langsung pakai postpaid
    kalo ingat leh lewat2 byr bil pon kejadah asek block jek everytime byr lewat
    mak aku yang umoq nak dekat 60 thun tu pon pakai prepaid lagi.stil gores2 nak topup.hahah

  8. Maxis memang penipu, aku terkena dgn Maxis Talkmore 28. Kuota sms aku dikatanya dah 80% guna padahal aku guna tak sampai pun. Nak tukar ke prepaid dia kata kena pakai 6 bulan dulu baru boleh tukar. Sebelum register dulu kata aku boleh tukar ke prepaid bila2 masa. Aku dah nekad, nak 'rujuk' semula dengan Celcom prepaid...

  9. My internet connection has no connection from 14 March till today. I have made report on 15 March morning but till date it has not been resolved. They had promised to solve the issue within 48 hours from the report issue but of any update. Previously the same thing happened and they take like 5 days to resolve the issue and this time it take more than 10 days already. date. there Today is they no had technician promised coming to and send no technician call to been made check to on the notify Huraian Masalah: Problem Description: Tuntutan: Remedy: If they cannot resolve within 24 hours. I want to terminate the contract without penalty.
